The Access One IE ToolBar
Thank you for considering the installation of our Internet Explorer Toolbar!
We feel this will be a valuable addition that will make your internet browsing experience an enjoyable one.
What installing it will do is add a toolbar below your existing Internet Explorer toolbar that features an input box that accesses our internet search engine as well as direct links to Access One user features, pages and recommended sites. Whenever you start Internet Explorer, the toolbar will automatically check to see if we at Access One have made a change to the links and update itself, ensuring you that the links shown are current and up to date.
You do not have to be an Access One customer to benefit from our toolbar - please use and enjoy it with our compliments!

    REQUIREMENTS
    The requirements for installing and using the Access One IE ToolBar are:
    1. An internet connection
    2. Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000 or XP operating system
    3. Internet Explorer v5.x or higher

    DIRECT DOWNLOAD and INSTALLATION
    If you will be installing The Toolbar immediately to your current computer
    1. Please read all instructions before starting
    2. Click HERE to download.
      Read the warning - we assure you there is no malicious code in SETUP.EXE.
      SETUP.EXE is an approximately 750k executable file and should take less than 2 minutes to download on a 56K bps modem connection.
    3. Select the OPEN option to start the download.
      When the download completes, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to install IE ToolBar.
      • Select YES if you wish to proceed
      • Select NO if you don't - the installation process will terminate.
    4. If you selected YES, follow the installer instructions and prompts.
    5. After installing the Internet Explorer Toolbar, if the new toolbar isn't immediately available, you may need to:
      1. Close down all instances of Internet Explorer you have running
        We recommend you bookmark this page before doing this.
      2. Start up a fresh instance of Internet Explorer
      3. Activate the toolbar by selecting it from the View --> Toolbars menu.
    6. Your Access One IE ToolBar should now be available for use below your previous IE toolbar(s).
    7. Continue on to the Using The Toolbar section.

DOWNLOAD FOR LATER INSTALLATION
If you will be installing The Toolbar later or on a different computer
  1. Please read all instructions before starting
  2. Click HERE to download.
    Read the warning - we assure you there is no malicious code in SETUP.EXE.

  3. Select the SAVE option
  4. You will be presented with a SAVE AS window
  5. Navigate to the drive and folder where you wish to save SETUP.EXE.
  6. Make note of the destination drive and folder you have selected for SETUP.EXE and click on OK.
  7. When you are ready to install the Access One IE Toolbar, locate and run SETUP.EXE.
    • Select YES if you wish to proceed
    • Select NO if you don't - the installation process will terminate.
  8. If you selected YES, follow the installer instructions and prompts.
  9. After installing the Internet Explorer Toolbar, if the new toolbar isn't immediately available, you may need to:
    1. Close down all instances of Internet Explorer you have running
      We recommend you bookmark this page before doing this.
    2. Start up a fresh instance of Internet Explorer
    3. Activate the toolbar by selecting it from the View --> Toolbars menu.
  10. Your Access One IE ToolBar should now be available for use below your previous IE toolbar(s).
  11. Continue on to theUsing The Toolbar section.

USING THE TOOLBAR
Using the toolbar should be intuitive, however, here are some hints, tips and guidelines.
  • To perform a web search, enter your keywords and/or search string into the text box and click on the binocular icon to the right of the text box.
  • Our toolbar remembers your most recent search strings - access them in the drop down menu available by clicking on the arrow to the immediate right of the text entry box.
  • To access links contaned in the submenus, click on the arrow to the right of the submenu title
  • To temporarily disable the Access One IE ToolBar, from the View option of the main IE Toolbar, mouse over the Toolbars option and deselect Access One Tools.

    • UNINSTALLING
    If there is a newer version of the toolbar that requires uninstalling the current version first or should you wish to uninstall the Access One IE ToolBar for other reasons, here is the procedure:
    1. As a precaution, close down all instances of Internet Explorer you have running
    2. On the Windows taskbar, click on the START button.
    3. Navigate to the SETTINGS selection and select the CONTROL PANEL option from the submenu.
    4. When CONTROL PANEL opens, click on the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS icon.
    5. From the list of programs that can be automatically removed by Windows, select IEBAR
    6. Click on the ADD/REMOVE button to the lower right and follow the prompts
