Prophetic Intervals as a
Guide to Discovery

"And He made...all nations of men to settle on the face of the earth, having definitely determined...periods of time." - Acts 17:26

While no one can know the Mind of God, Biblical history is replete with examples of Divinely-ordained number-event relationships. By studying these relationships, many discoveries - and even predictions - have been made of significant geo-political events involving nations of prophecy. These are referred to as "prophetic intervals" on these web pages; examples of which are listed on the "Mile Markers" page.

Numbers of significance according to prophecy and history include:

3-1/2: A "half-week"; often associated with a period of Divine punishment. E.G. Antiochus Epiphanes was allowed to persecute the Jews severely for 3-1/2 years from 168 to 165 BC.

5: The number of Divine "grace".

7: A "week" of units, usually representing completeness or affirmation.

11: The converse of 7: incompleteness.

12: The number of man in relationship to God. Christ chose this number of disciples.

13: Rebellion. (see Gen. 14:4)

18: The number of affliction or tribulation. (See Jgs. 3:14, Luke 13:11)

19: A unit representing a period of hindering; a good example of which was the 19 years that the laying of the foundation of the second Temple was hindered after the decree of Cyrus in 539 BC.

29.53 days: Length of a lunar month upon which the Hebrew/Jewish calendar and Moslem calendar are based.

30 days: Length of a prophetic month according to scripture.

62, 69, 69 1/2 and 70: Intervals in the prophecy of Daniel relating to the coming of the "Prince" (also "other Prince") who will make a covenant, the breaking of that covenant and the number of weeks decreed to put an end to sin.

103.5: One-half of a "Gorbachev Week" of 207.

105: One-half of a "week" of prophetic months.

207 days: Length of a "Gorbachev week".

210 days: Length of a "week" of prophetic months.

360 days: Length of a prophetic year. (Rev.11:2-3)

434, 483, 486.5 and 490: Intervals in the prophecy of Daniel when applied to weeks. (see above)

666: The number of the "beast" in the Book of Revelation. (Rev 13:18)

1260, 1290 and 1335 days: Intervals in the prophecy of Daniel representing the length of the Tribulation, length of time the Holy Oblation will be removed and length of time till a blessing comes to those who wait. (Rev.11:2-3, Dan.12:11-12)

2300: The number of evenings and mornings noted in the book of Daniel that the sanctuary and the host were to be given over to the wicked. (see June 11, 1967, Mile-Marker)
